$102,300 raised for North Bay Humane Society during Smile Cookie campaign

Over $102,000 dollars.
That’s how much was raised for the North Bay Humane Society thanks to North Bay’s sweet tooth during smile cookie week this year.
Officials say funds raised will cover the cost of veterinary care, specialized medicine and treatments, physical rehabilitation and more.

Executive Director Liam Cullin says the community is incredible, adding every smile cookie enjoyed helped a pet get a second chance at a better life. He says they couldn’t be more grateful for the support.
It’s the third year the North Bay Humane Society has participated in the campaign.
Tim Hortons restaurants raised over $23 million across the country this year for local charities and community groups.
