3rd Party Review Completed

A Special Committee Meeting of Council was held last night during which KMPG presented the recommendations of its review of City operations, aimed at identifying areas of improvement and to help ensure the most efficient and effective use of public funds.

The 3rd party review was a "much talked about item" pre-budget as a way to measure and use as a matrix tool and to identify cost savings for the taxpayers of the City of North Bay. The cost was substantial. Here is a link to the review:
