ARBOUR, Joseph
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our dad, Joseph Arbour, who left us on July 10, 2026, at the age of 95.
He was predeceased by his wife Madeleine (Dessureault) his daughter (Diane), his parents Edmond and Anna Arbour (Cloutier)his sisters Rita, Marie, Julie, his brothers John, Raymond.
Left in mourning his sister Eva and brothers, Lionel (Claudette), Paul (Pauline) and Tom.
He was the beloved father of
Joanne Fortin (John), Paulette McLaren (Bill), Lucille Johnston (Glen) and Denis Arbour (Kathy). He will be missed and always remembered by his grandchildren Richard (Caren), Julie, Paul (Jennifer), Melanie (Dany), Michael, Melissa and Jamie as well as by his great-grandchildren Cameron, Joshua, Madeleine, Brayden, Marty, Kamden and Aurea.
Joseph was a long-time employee of Boart Longyear. After retirement
dad went to Florida to spend the winters for many years and enjoyed many summers at the McLaren cottage in Temiskaming Shores. He loved picking wild strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. We sure can’t forget his love of fishing and playing cards.
