Assault - Serious Life Threatening Injuries

The North Bay Police Service is currently investigating an assault that happened in the early morning hours of January 27, 2025.
At approximately 4:30 a.m. on January 27, 2025, the North Bay Police Service received a report of a man with serious injuries observed in the 0-100 block of Lovell Avenue, North Bay, between Lakeshore Drive and Karla Drive. Police, Fire, and Paramedic Services attended the area. The victim was transported to hospital with serious, life-threatening injuries.
Police are investigating this incident as an assault. At this time, no arrests have been made.
Police do not believe there is an immediate threat to public safety, but encourage the public to practice caution and heightened awareness until an arrest is made.
