By Richard Coffin It’s been 15 years since Luke Joly-Durocher was last seen at the corner of Main and Wyld Streets in North Bay. That was 11:55 pm on March 4, 2011.  Three days later, the then 20-year-old from Témiscaming, Québec was reported missing. Police say Luke had
