The province’s Special Investigations Unit (SIU) is investigating after a 34-year-old man was shot and injured by Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers on Sunday, near Highway 11 in the Latchford area. The SIU says on Friday, OPP officers were searching for the man, who was believed to be armed.
