Bryan Eade

Bryan Eade

It is with broken hearts that we have to announce the passing of Bryan Eade, on June 20, 2024, at the age of 49.

Bryan was survived by his parents David Eade, Linda Wright (John Kerr), sister Kelly Eade (Remi Groulx), nephew, Jack Groulx and niece, Jorja Groulx, Aunts and uncles, Sharron Thomson (Ted), Patti Bentley godmother (Brian Glass), Lori Venasse (Michael) and many cousins. Also a loss for his girlfriend Maddie Sexton and many close friends. Bryan was predeceased by his grandparents, Percy and Reita Eade and Tom and Lolo Wright and his uncle Jim Wright.

Bryan was a free spirit with a love for all things natural. In the past, he loved to hitchhike and had many stories of his adventures and people from all walks of life.

His love for music was at the top of his list, next to his monkey dog Twigg, who loved to go for walks with Bryan and his friend Brenda and her dog.

Anyone who knew Bryan, loved Bryan. He was always first in line to help someone and didn’t mind hard work. His work in the community with the challenged and unhoused was his passion and pride. Between the Warming Centre, the Gathering Place and Boots on the Ground, his involvement was respected. He could relate and understand their needs, so acted on it helping many.

All we have now is our memories of a soul gone way too soon. He is now with his bestie; Jerry Garcia and he is at peace. His struggles are over.

Mental illness is rampant, affecting so many, so take your loved ones often, give them a hug, and tell them how much you love them and how proud you are of them.

It could make a difference.

A Memorial Visitation for Bryan will take place on Friday, June 28, 2024, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Martyn Funeral Home (464 Wyld St, North Bay), followed by a Memorial Service at 3:00 pm.

The service will be available via live stream at event.forgetmenotceremonies.com/ceremony?c=259e04d6-a42b-423e-ac44-30674833a73c
