BUTLER, Janet

 The family of Janet Georgina Butler wish to share the news of her peaceful passing at the Nipissing Serenity Hospice on November 24, 2024 at the age of 83. Janet is survived by her sister, Jean Butler and her brother, Bob Butler (Marg).

She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews and beyond. Janet was the youngest child of George and Janet Butler (predeceased). She was predeceased by her sisters Ellen Butler and Joan Costello and her brothers Lloyd Butler and Bill Butler.

As per her wishes, Janet has been cremated. We would like to thank Dr. Gleeson who provided Janet with exceptional care in the last few years. We would be greatly remiss if we did not mention the care that was given to Janet by Lora and her nursing staff, as well as all the staff at the Barclay House Retirement Residence. They went above and beyond to ensure Janet was comfortable and well taken care of.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Nipissing Serenity Hospice or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
