Camirand, Mary “Rosalie” (nee Hynes)

Peacefully passed away surrounded by the love of her family at the West Nipissing General Hospital (Sturgeon Falls) on Monday March 23, 2026, at the age of 68 years.

Rosalie was the beloved wife of Michel Camirand, stepmother to Ian and grandmother to Michael and the loving sister to Jean Neal (Tim), Roderick, Andrew, Kenneth, Patsy (Jack), Gerald, Aaron, Jacqueline Jesso(Darren), Shirley Kryklywy (Andrew), Colin (Donna), and Valerie Paul (Anand).

Beloved sister-in law to Norbert (Lena), Anita (Bert), Simone (Joe), Annette (Cyril), Norm (Barb), and Lorianne (Toby).

Beloved Aunt to nieces, nephews and numerous cousins in Ontario, Newfoundland, Alberta and Scotland.

She is predeceased by her parents Harold Hynes and Nina (nee Hann) Hynes.

Rosalie was a free spirit, loving pet owner and very open to speak with everyone. She will be greatly missed within the community.

As per Rosalie’s wishes, cremation has taken place, there will not be a service. If desired, donations to a charity of your choice or the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully acknowledged by her family.
