Canadore College hosting Spring Open House
Canadore College is excited to welcome the next generation of students ready to take their first step towards contributing to the protection and growth of Ontario's economy. On Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the College will host an open house at its three North Bay campuses: College Drive, Commerce Court, and Aviation Technology. Faculty from Canadore’s 80+ programs, along with representatives from various student service departments, are looking forward to meeting prospective students and their families.
“Opening our doors to future students is an exciting opportunity to showcase what learning at Canadore is truly like,” said Josh Willard, Director of Brand, Recruitment, and Communications. “From hands-on training in specialized labs to meaningful connections with faculty across all programs, this event is designed to help visitors feel informed, welcomed, and inspired about their next steps. It’s also a great opportunity to explore Indigenous learning spaces, fitness and recreation spaces, and accommodations. We look forward to answering questions and welcoming everyone to campus.”
The Canadore experience is rooted in a holistic approach to education. The College has invested nearly $100 million in capital and technology over the past five years, including advanced labs, modern learning environments, and culturally reflective spaces.
