Carmela Campanaro
Peacefully passed away surrounded by the love of her family at North Bay Regional Health Centre on Thursday January 16, 2025, at the age of 93 years. Carmela was the beloved spouse of the late Leo Campanaro, and the loving mother to Anthony Campanaro.
She was the cherished grandmother to Caroline Leblanc. Carmela is survived by her sisters Lucia Fenuta (Italy), Maria Rocchia (Montreal), and Giuseppina Fenuta (Italy). She is predeceased by her daughter Linda Leblanc (Brian) and her parents Donato Antonio Fenuta and Filomena (nee Ricchetti) Fenuta. The family will be receiving visitors at McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Thursday January 23, 2025, between the hours of 11:00 am to 12:30 pm.
A private family entombment will follow at All Saints Mausoleum (North Bay). The family would like to express a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Oyeniran as well as the nurses, PSW’s, and staff at the Emergency Department and B3 at the North Bay Regional Health Centre for all of their care and compassion over the years.
