Carmichael Road work begins with breaking up existing road surface
Work on Carmichael Drive starts Wednesday morning.
The city says the existing road surface will be broken up between Voodoo Crescent and Four Mile Lake Road as part of planned road rehabilitation work.
It’s expected to continue throughout the week.

Officials say during work hours traffic will be reduced to one lane with traffic control in place – while two-way traffic will be restored outside of work hours.
They add Carmichael Dr. will remain a maintained granular surface until resurfacing work is complete, which is planned for next year.
