Casino Revenue hits $366,000 for the Quarter

The City of North Bay has received another $366,092.00 for the latest quarter for a total of just over 2.7 million since North Bay City Council accepted a Casino in 2019. The acceptance of the casino has brought over 200 jobs to North Bay since it opened.

The new City Council now has the opportunity to spend the proceeds on projects that believe are necessary for the community. The previous Council elected not to earmark the funds to specific projects but instead put the money into reserves to strengthen the balance sheet and allow more public consultation on how the money should be spent.
