Catherine and Basil Bethune

Celebration of Life and Legacy:

Together in life and now together in peace. A graveside service for Cathy (1940-2026) and Basil (1937-2021) Bethune will take place at 11:00 am at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Bay on Saturday October 17, 2026, where our beloved parents will be laid to rest together. 

A celebration of their love for each another, their family, friends, and community will follow from noon to 3:00 pm at the Best Western, Ontario Room in North Bay.

Instead of mourning, we welcome you to join us in celebrating their lives. Please bring smiles, laughter, stories, and warm memories of the joy Cathy and Baz brought to so many.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the North Bay Regional Health Centre  Foundation or a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
