Officials say the community-driven initiative recognizes, and rewards exceptional customer service provided by Chamber member businesses, employees, owners, and volunteers throughout North Bay and the surrounding area.

Now through October, the public is invited to nominate exceptional customer service experiences.

Submissions will be evaluated and monthly winners selected based on criteria including quality of service, timeliness, money-saving suggestions, positive attitude, team leadership, and a demonstrated commitment to going above and beyond.

“Exceptional customer service has a lasting impact on both businesses and our community as a whole,” says Donna Backer, CEO of the North Bay & District Chamber of Commerce. “The Service with a Smile program allows us to celebrate the people who make North Bay and district a welcoming place to live, work, visit, and do business. We encourage residents to take a moment to recognize someone who has made a difference through their dedication, professionalism, and positive attitude.”

Each month, one recipient will receive a grand prize pack that includes a round-trip airline ticket from North Bay to Toronto (Billy Bishop Airport) from Propair (valued at $1000).

To submit a nomination, or for more information, visit the Chamber’s website at nbdcc.ca/servicewithasmile.
