Changes to Recycling Program

Starting January 1, 2025, the City of North Bay’s recycling program will be managed by Circular Materials (CMO), the administrator of the common recycling collection system in Ontario.

During this transition, residents’ current collection day, items put into the blue boxes, and the standardized bin requirements will not change.

The only change for residents is that they will have a new contact for blue box-related questions or concerns.
