It is with profound sadness that we announce, at the age of 75, the passing of Charles Brocklehurst on July 23, 2026.
He leaves behind his devoted wife Linda, his loving daughter Kristi (Steve) and his cherished grandson Aeden who brought him endless pride and joy. Predeceased by his parents, Bess and Frank, his sister Linda and Francis Neary and his brothers-in-law Claude and Anthony Boulet. Survived by his siblings Helen Manning (Vince), Mike (Millie), Debbie Quann (Harold), Frank (Joan), Ann Lush (Mark), Geraldine Halley (Greg deceased), Tony, Kelly Matthews (Hank), and Craig (Zack); in-laws John Ziegelheim (Sheila), Karen Harvey (Paul deceased), Robert Boulet (Jan, deceased), Lise Lafontaine (Steve) and many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, extended family and dear friends.
Brock proudly served 40 years in the Canadian Armed Forces Military Police, dedicating his life to serving his country with honour and integrity. He earned the respect of all who served alongside him through his leadership and strength of character.
Above all, Brock was a devoted husband, a loving father and a proud grandfather. Family was his greatest joy, and he treasured every moment spent with those he loved.
Though our hearts are heavy, we take comfort in the life Brock lived and the legacy he leaves behind. His values of service, compassion, resilience and unconditional love will continue to inspire all who knew him. He will be deeply missed, forever loved and never forgotten.
