City of North Bay Seeks Food Vendor for New Community and Recreation Centre

The City of North Bay is seeking qualified vendors to operate food services in the new Community and Recreation Centre. This year-round commercial space offers an opportunity to provide quality food services to residents and visitors.

All bid details, documents, and submission instructions are available through the City’s Bids and Tenders portal, where prospective proponents can review specifications and floor plans. Registration is required to access documents. Proposals must be submitted online only by Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 1 p.m.

Construction is currently underway on the new Community and Recreation Centre, set to open this summer. This facility will be Canada’s first full-sized zero-carbon recreational centre, featuring a walking track, a large community room, 14 dressing rooms, two new ice pads, and over 400 parking spaces.
