City receives latest casino hosting payment from OLG
Another $415,869 is flowing to the city coffers from Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG).
It’s the latest quarterly payment for North Bay hosting Cascades Casino.
Since the gaming site opened in March 2022, the city has received more than $6.8 million.

“Revenues from OLG’s Municipality Contribution Agreement allow North Bay to invest in infrastructure and provide funding for critical community services,” says Vic Fedeli, Member of Provincial Parliament for Nipissing. “Provincial revenues from Cascades Casino North Bay will help improve the quality of life for families across Ontario.”
The money is used as a funding source for community capital projects.
