City’s Growth Community Improvement Plan Meeting

A Public Meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. to discuss proposed changes to the City’s Growth Community Improvement Plan.

The proposed changes include expanding the ‘Housing Target Area’ to cover the entire serviced settlement area, revising the tax increment grant for properties within the Housing Target Area, and removing the Parking Requirement Exemption Program in the Downtown Target Area.
