Colette Duchesne
Peacefully passed away surrounded by the love of her family at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Friday January 31, 2025, at the age of 84 years. Colette was the loving mother to Denis Duchesne (Patricia), and Denise Duchesne (Dale), Monique, Jean and Anne-Marie.
She was the cherished grandmother to Nathan, Joel, Zachary, and great-grandmother to Sophie, and Emma. Colette will be lovingly remembered by her siblings Mona Boissoneault (late Lucien), Paulette Rancourt (late Rheal), Michelle Boissonneault (late Ron), Lorraine Boissonneault (Rheo), Diane St. Jean (Aurel), Paul Duchesne, Leon Duchesne, Jean Duchesne, and Therese Guillemette (Paul). Colette is predeceased by her siblings Rollande Boulanger (late Marquis), Jeannine Bellaire (late Lionel), Carmelle Larue (Willard), as well as her parents Laurent Duchesne and Albertine Boissonneault.
The family will be receiving visitors at the Bonfield Hall on Thursday February 6, 2025, between the hours of 6:00pm to 8:00 pm. A service will be held at St. Bernadette’s Church (Bonfield) on Friday February 7, 2025, at 10:30 am.
The family would like to thank the amazing staff at the North Bay Regional Health Centre for all of their care and compassion during this difficult time.
