Conrad Blake
June 20th, 1948 – October 9th, 2025
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a beloved husband and father, Conrad Blake in his 78th year, at the Mattawa Hospital Hospice Suite on Thursday, October 9th, 2025 with his loving wife Micheline and family by his side.
Conrad will be forever loved and dearly missed by his wife Micheline, his daughter Rachelle and his son Derek (Jessica). His grandchildren, Aleysha, Gaige and Hunter; his sister Elsie MacPherson. Conrad is predeceased by his siblings Florence, Ted (Theresa), Onide, Emery, Shirley, James, Judy and Victor.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00am, October 25th, 2025 at Ste. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church. The family will receive condolences prior to the Service beginning at 10:30am. A lunch will be served afterwards at the Mattawa Golden Age Club. Friends and Family are invited to join us in this celebration.
