Council Meeting Starts at 5:30 Tonight

A Special Committee Meeting of Council will be held today starting at 5:30 p.m. followed by a Regular Meeting.

The Special Committee agenda includes public meetings under the Planning Act related to proposed draft policies for condominium conversions under the City’s Official Plan, as well as a proposed rezoning of a property on Premier Road.

The Council agenda includes several staff reports and recommendations, including those related to approval of Phase 4 of the Laurentian Heights Subdivision, as well as agreements between the City and the North Bay-Mattawa Conservation Authority under the Conservation Authorities Act.
