Councillor debate lined up for Thursday
Another election debate has been scheduled locally.
This one involves those running for councillor seats.
It’s taking place Thursday at Shadfly House (151 Main St. East) with officials saying 21 out of the 25 candidates are taking part.
They add, to make sure each candidate is heard, they’re dividing them into small groups of 4 or 5.
The event takes place from 7-9 pm and is free.
However, donations for The Gathering Place are also being collected at the door.
Election Day is Monday, Oct. 26.
