Dalron Senior Living takes over sole ownership of Marina Point Village
Dalron Senior Living is marking the start of a new chapter as the sole owner and operator of four retirement communities in the north, including North Bay’s Marina Point Village.
Officials say after supporting the residences, which include two in Sudbury and one in Timmins, from behind the scenes, Dalron has completed the acquisition of its U.S. based partner, Mainstreet Health Investments.
They add residents can expect a smooth transition, adding Dalron is taking a more active role in day-to-day operations, with a focus on resident-centered care, operational excellence and long-term community growth.
“For many families, choosing a senior residence comes down to trust,” says Kristi Arnold, President of Dalron Senior Living. “As we step into a more hands-on role, our priority is to ensure every resident feels respected, supported and truly at home.”
Dalron says existing staff will remain in place and continue to provide the familiar care and support residents rely on.
Looking ahead, officials say they will introduce carefully considered improvements aimed at enhancing comfort, safety and overall quality of life, while preserving the strong sense of community that already exists within each home.
