Drone Footage-Arrest Made
The North Bay Police Service arrested a 28-year-old male for break and enter.

The accused in this incident is Abraham KINGSBURY, male, age 28, of North Bay, who is charged with:
- One count of Break, Enter a place – commit indictable offence
- One count of Possession of Break-in instruments
- One count of Fail to Comply with Probation Order
At approximately 4:00 a.m. on December 10, 2024, the accused gained access to a restricted area of a business located on Charles Street East, North Bay. The accused stole over $50,000-worth of property belonging to the business and stored the property in two bike trailers located on the Kate Pace Way. Later that same day, employees of the business located the trailers, while the accused was not present, and retrieved most of the stolen property. Members of the North Bay Police Service attended the area and, using a police drone, located the accused and tracked his movements until patrol units were able to effectively make the arrest. Police arrested and charged the accused.
Searches by police resulted in the seizure of:
- A pair of wire cutters
- An e-bike (as offence-related property)
The accused in this incident was released on an Undertaking and is set to appear before the court on January 7, 2025.
