Fedeli adds voice to those calling for supervisor to take control of NNDSB
MPP Vic Fedeli is joining the call for the Education Minister to appoint a supervisor and take control of the Near North District School Board (NNDSB) to ‘restore accountability, stability, and trust for students and parents’.
“For too long, the Near North District School Board has failed to meet its responsibilities, disregarded clear direction from the Ministry of Education, and left families without answers or accountability,” says Fedeli, in a statement. “The Ministry of Education’s report confirmed deep-rooted dysfunction in the board that has eroded public confidence.”
It all involves the delayed completion of a new school in Parry Sound.
