FESTIVE MARKET OF HOLIDAY CHEER IS SET TO RETURN IN 2025
The Outdoor Winter Market Experience is set to return this November, bringing even more festive cheer to Downtown North Bay. The 2025 dates are locked in for Saturday, November 8th, 15th, 22nd from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and a special date and time that will coincide with the Old-Fashioned Christmas Walk on Friday November 28th from 5:00 pm. to 9:00 pm.
Tourism North Bay, in partnership with the City of North Bay, Downtown North Bay & Waterfront, The Artisans Way, and Creative Industries, were thrilled with the success of the inaugural event in 2024 which received an overwhelming positive response from locals and visitors alike. We are very excited to bring back the Outdoor Winter Market Experience with even more festive programming.
The new programming and more details will continue to be updated on the website (https://www.tourismnorthbay.com/see-do/winter-fun/winter-market/) and shared on social media from now until the first market in November. The market and programming activities will once again be located at the North Bay Museum parkette in the heart of Downtown North Bay and will feature:
· The Artisans Way – dozens of locally handcrafted makers
· The Amazing Train
· Live music and cultural programming
· Holiday themed light activations
· Visits from Santa Claus & guests
· Screenings of locally filmed Christmas movies
· And a variety of other festive activities that capture the spirit of the season.
“We were blown away by the positive feedback received from the 2024 markets, and we have been planning since January to make this event even bigger and better,” said Tanya Bédard, Executive Director of Tourism North Bay.
“Not only do we want it to become a staple event in the community, but we will also continue to market and encourage visitors to make the trip to North Bay to experience the holiday magic!”
The Artisans Way is now open for makers and food vendor registration (brealstudios.com/the-artisans-way) and we encourage you to get in early to secure your spot.
