Foisy, Joseph Meride

Passed away peacefully at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Friday September 5, 2025 at the age of 98.

He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 74 amazing years Anita (nee Normandin). Although Joseph and Anita didn’t have children of their own, they always considered their nieces and nephews as their own.

He is survived by his sister Aline Saunders. Predeceased by his siblings Bob, Maurice, Fred, George, Bernadette, Theresa, May and Mary.

As per his wishes there will be no visitation or service.

Donations in memory of Joseph to the Nipissing Serenity Hospice will be gratefully acknowledged by his family.
