Former MP Bob Wood has Passed Away

Former long serving MP Bob Wood has passed away. Bob was a well-known radio personality, a former MP and in retirement was active in the community with many projects including Project Lifesaver.

"For the past 25 years, I had the pleasure of working with Bob on so many projects, large and small" stated former Mayor Al McDonald "He was the champion to save our CFB Base and just a wonderful person to work with, has an incredible sense of humour and he surely made our community a better place"

His morning show on CFCH was the most listened to and he was well loved in the community. Hos nick name to many was "Woody"

Bob will be missed by so many here in the City of North Bay and area.
