Four Arrested After ALPR Identifies Stolen Vehicle
The North Bay Police Service (NBPS) arrested four individuals following an Automated Licence Plate Recognition (ALPR) alert for a stolen vehicle.
On February 6, a member of the NBPS Patrol Section received an ALPR alert for a stolen vehicle. Officers located the vehicle at an accommodation in the 200 block of McIntyre Street West and observed two co-accused enter a unit. Further investigation led to the recovery of the stolen vehicle, and seizure of brass knuckles, a Glock-style pellet gun, and suspected methamphetamine, cocaine, and OxyContin.
The accused, Jeremy Beaudry, 31-year-old, male, of West Nipissing, has been charged with:
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Methamphetamine)
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Cocaine)
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Oxycodone)
- Possession of a Prohibited Device
- Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000
The first co-accused, Jessica Boudreault, 35-year-old, female, of Swastika, has been charged with:
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Methamphetamine)
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Cocaine)
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Oxycodone)
- Two counts of Fail to Comply with Release Order
The second co-accused, Paul Fernand Beaudry, 50-year-old, male, of North Bay, has been charged with:
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Methamphetamine)
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Cocaine)
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Oxycodone)
- Possession of Proceeds Obtained by Crime Under $5000

The third co-accused, Vianna Birtch, 59-year-old, female, of Hilliardton, has been charged with:
- Two counts of Fail to Comply with Release Order
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Methamphetamine)
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Cocaine)
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Oxycodone)
Subsequent search led to the seizure of the following items:
- Controlled substances with an estimated street value of over $8,500, including:
- 572 grams Methamphetamine (pill and crystalized form)
- 17 grams of Cocaine
- 19 OxyContin pills
- Canadian currency totaling $860
- Brass knuckles
- Glock-style BB gun
- Ford F250
“Automated Licence Plate Recognition technology is a valuable investigative tool that helps our members quickly identify vehicles of interest in real time,” says A/Insp. Corrente. “In this case, the alert, combined with strong investigative work by our Patrol Section, led to a quick and coordinated response.”
As a result of the investigation, four individuals were arrested, three were held in custody pending a bail hearing, and the third co-accused was released on an Undertaking with a court date of April 21st, 2026.
