The North Bay OPP has laid several impaired charges after various incidents around the area over the past few weeks.

Two were the result of traffic complaints, including one last Thursday involving an ATV and reported wheelies being performed in East Mills Township.

A 43-year-old Port Loring resident was charged there.

The other complaint saw a 46-year-old Sturgeon Falls resident charged.

On Aug. 22 police were contacted about a possible impaired driver in North Bay, with the vehicle stopped in a commercial parking lot in Sturgeon Falls.

On Aug. 31, a traffic stop in North Bay led to impaired and other charges for a 31-year-old city man.

The OPP also says a 61-year-old Simcoe County resident was charged after a RIDE check in Papineau-Cameron Township last Saturday.

All four accused were released with October court appearances in North Bay.
