Free ‘Hometown Screenings’ showcase at the Capitol Centre
The Capitol Centre is offering a chance to see some TV shows and movies with connections to North Bay on the big screen.
They’ve announced a new series of free ‘Hometown Screenings’.
“After the wonderful success of our Centennial Screenings as part of the City of North Bay’s 100th anniversary celebrations, w thought – why not celebrate more of the films and tv shows made right here in North Bay,” says Katina Connelly, Capitol Centre Executive Director.
Funding for the series is provided by the city’s event hosting fund, with four showcases lined up in the months ahead:
– Made For TV Showcase, July 22 @ 7:00 pm
– Animation Showcase, Sept. 29 @ 7:00 pm
– Purgatory Jack, Oct. 14 @ 7:00 pm
– Joy to The World, Dec. 6 @ 7:00 pm
