GAUTHIER, Roger Roy

Peacefully passed away at his home February 11, 2026. Roger was a devoted and loving father to Brittany Gauthier and Veronique Aizenberg and a proud father- in -law to Mark Aizenberg. He treasured his role as a grandpa to Jaxon, Benson, and Nathaniel.  Left to cherish his memory are his sister Jeannette Gauthier (Dave) and two nieces Katie (Joe) and Jessica (Ryan). Roger is predeceased by his parents Roger SR. Gauthier and Sandra Allen (nee Clapham)

 Roger cherished his family deeply and found true happiness in the time he spent with them. 

He was a loyal and a proud man who carried himself with quiet strength. He had a sense of humour that those closest to him knew and loved. Roger will be remembered for his loyalty, deep love for his family, sense of humor and jokes, and the strength he carried throughout his life for his family. He had an appreciation for history and craftsmanship which was reflected in his collection of antiques and collector items.

 As per Rogers wishes cremation has taken place and there will not be a service at this time. A celebration of life “party” will be held for those closest to him at a later date.

Roger leaves behind a legacy of love, dedication, and many cherished memories shared with those he loved and those who were fortunate to know him. He will be deeply missed and forever held in the hearts of his family and friends. If desired, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by his family.
