Gentle Reminder on Water Bills

In light of the Canada Post strike, the City of North Bay would like to kindly remind residents that water bill payments must still be made on time.

The December water bill is due Dec. 30, so please ensure your payment is processed by the due date. For your convenience, you can view your current bill and sign up for e-billing through the City of North Bay’s e-services portal.

Payments can be made at your financial institution, City Hall’s Customer Service Centre (cash, cheque or Interac), online banking, or monthly pre-authorized payments.

If you require a paper copy of your bill, you can pick one up at the Customer Service Centre. We also encourage you to sign up for e-billing to avoid any future delays.
