Home Style Café closes
Community’s Living’s non-profit Home Style Café has closed.
A post on the its Facebook page says the indefinite closure of the Wallace Road restaurant took effect Jan. 8.
“We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your patronage and support over the years,” reads the statement to its valued customers. “It has been our privilege to serve this community.”
All the proceeds generated by the Café went back into supporting Community Living’s programs and services.

Officials say the decision to close was not made lightly.
The Home Style Café originally opened 18 years ago.
Along with the sit-down restaurant, it also offered frozen entrées, catering services and holiday baking.
