Main Street Reconstruction – Ferguson Sanitary Sewer

Starting early Monday morning on April 15, MCA Contracting will begin replacing a 375mm diameter sanitary sewer on Ferguson Street, spanning from Oak Street to Main Street, as part of the Making Over Main Street project.

Traffic on Oak Street will be reduced to a single lane at Ferguson Street next week while construction is underway at the intersection. Oak Street is expected to reopen to two lanes with a gravel surface before the weekend.

Drivers should anticipate delays in this area and are advised to seek alternative routes until work progresses beyond the intersection.
