It’s Family Fun Day at Community Living
Community Living North Bay is inviting everyone to their Family Fun Day.
The free event runs from 4-7 pm on Friday, May 30 at 741 Wallace Rd.
Officials are marking the end of Community Living Month, honouring inclusion and celebrating people with intellectual disabilities.
Advocate, artist and athlete Nicole Flynn is the keynote speaker.
There are also:
- Balloon animals, face painting, and interactive kids’ activities by Tickled Teals
- Live music featuring Shore Acres and DJ Hyptonic
- Reptile Adventure Camp
- Cotton Candy, Sno-Cones and Popcorn
With more than 100 Community Living associations across the province, officials say they all share one mission: supporting people with intellectual disabilities and their caregivers in living full, inclusive lives.
