James O’Connor

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of James O’Connor on May 12, 2025, at the age of 44 years. James was the proud father of Reilly O’Connor, Caeden O’Connor and Hailey Poeta. He will also be deeply missed by his mother, Heather Cardoni (Marco) and siblings, Dawn Bilodeau (Roger), Billie-Sue Whitehead (Jeff) and Jason Renaud (Hope). James will be lovingly remembered by his nephews Carter, Brody, Harrison and niece Payton.  He is predeceased by his father Wallace O’Connor. 

Jamie was known for his generosity and kindness; his personality was larger than life. He loved his family, especially his children and his mother. In his pastime he spent his time working in his garage on his motorcycles and hanging out with his friends. He lived his life without fear and was a little bit of a daredevil. Those who knew him were welcomed with open arms and a smile. His laugh was contagious, and his sense of humour was infectious. 

As per his family's wishes, cremation has taken place, and a celebration of life will be held at St. Holy Cross Cemetery on June 4, 2025, at 1pm. There will be a small gathering after the ceremony at Jame’s mother’s home. If desired, a donation to his children will be gratefully acknowledged by his family.
