Job Fair on the go Thursday

Job seekers have the chance to learn more about job openings, submit their résumé and even talk with hiring managers at an event Thursday. 

The Labour Market Group (LMG) is hosting the Bay Works Job Fair from 10 am to 3 pm at The Grande Event Centre.   

It’s a free event, with at least 30 employers from a wide range of industries taking part. 

“The Bay Works Job Fair is all about connecting local talent with local opportunity,” says Stacie Fiddler, Executive Director of the Labour Market Group. “We’re proud to help job seekers take the next step in their career journey, while also supporting employers in finding the skilled individuals they need.” 

LMG says the Bay Works Job Fair is part of Workforce Week 2025.  

They add the series of events is designed to strengthen the regional workforce through professional development, networking, and career exploration.
