The North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit (Health Unit) is developing a new multi-year strategic plan and they would like to hear from you.

The NBPSDHU invite clients and individuals who live within our Health Unit region aged 14 and older to answer questions through an online survey about the Health Unit’s strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, as well as the needs and priorities in the communities we serve. This information will help the Health Unit develop strategic priorities that will be actioned over the next three to five years.
