Jonah Bradley Jolley

Jonah Bradley Jolley

March 31, 2004 – April 12, 2026

It is with heavy hearts that Kyle Jolley and Kelly Burke announce the passing of their beloved son, Jonah. This loss is great, not only because he’s gone from this life, but because of who he was and what he meant to so many people.

Jonah was a joy bringer.  Everywhere he went, Jonah brought his big, beautiful smile.  To quote his favourite movie, “smiling’s my favourite”.  With that smile, he spread joy, kindness and warmth. Jonah was a beautiful soul and loved being around people. Though soft spoken, he was quick to give a fist bump to new friends and old.

Jonah had an adventurous spirit. He enjoyed walks, bike rides, parks, beaches, car shows, driving off road vehicles, and road trips to see new places and have visits with family. He often wished to go on a cruise, and this dream came true last spring. The cruise did not disappoint, and Jo experienced all sorts of new adventures and culinary delights.

Jonah has now sailed into his last sunset. He has joined his brothers and so many loved ones who have gone before him. No amount of time would have been enough. No amount of words can express enough; the tenderness, the sweetness, the enthusiasm to enjoy each day, and the delight he was to all those who were lucky enough to have met him.

Our heartfelt thanks go out to so many who have supported Jonah throughout his journey.  To Dr. Jinnah and all the staff who supported him in his final days at Nipissing Serenity Hospice, your support and care were beyond measure. He was well loved and cared for throughout his life. A special thank you to Keegan from “The Hairport” for making Jonah’s final wish come true - those blonde highlights.

A celebration of life will be held at Calvary Church, 271 Ski Club Rd in North Bay on Saturday, April 25. Doors open at 10am, service starts at 11am.

Donations to Nipissing Serenity Hospice are greatly appreciated.
