Kennedy, Blaine

 Blaine passed away peacefully March 28, 2025; a few months shy of his 70th birthday.  His passing leaves a huge void in the lives and hearts of his beloved & adored wife Sharon, his four amazing and so loved children Gillian Prescott (J.P.), Morgan Murphy (Chris), Adrienne Shortt (Jesse), and his namesake, Blaine Kennedy Jr. (Chantal).  Also left to mourn his loss, his sister Judy MacDonald (Stuart), twelve grandchildren that have so many fun and crazy memories of their time with their Poppa K.  His two nieces and their families and his brother-in-law David Cullen.  Predeceased by his parents Felix & Marjorie (James) Kennedy and his son Ryan, so loved and never forgotten.

Blaine worked hard, but for those who knew him well, he liked to play even harder!  A legend in his own way!  To all of you who shared moments in his life, raise a glass in his honour!

 As per Blaine’s wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no service, as he made us all promise, life is for the living.

 A heartfelt thank you to all our friends and family, you make us stronger.  A special thank you to the First Responders and Hillside Funeral Services.  Many thanks to Dr. O’Grady, Dr. Goldfarb and Dr. Jani for all of your care and compassion. The NBRHC blood lab girls, and CT Department, you all always made him smile.

 In lieu of flowers donations to the NBRHC would be greatly acknowledged by the family as an expression of sympathy.
