Mattawa Voyageur Days Celebrates Silver Anniversary

This year marks the 25th anniversary of Mattawa Voyageur Days.  

The music festival kicks off Friday with Country Night at Explorer’s Point.  

The Washboard Union is on stage at 8 pm followed by headliner James Barker Band at 10 pm.  

Saturday’s lineup includes Muskoka River Band (7 pm), Hip Experience (9 pm) and headliner Our Lady Peace (11 pm).  

Several local bands perform on Sunday afternoon.  

Family-friendly events throughout the weekend include the Timmins Park Kids Zone, the vendors market on Main Street, canoe tours, Otto Holden Dam tours, a circus event on Saturday, helicopter rides, a mechanical bull at Annie’s Park and much more.
