McKeown Ave project impacting traffic on Cartier Street
Some temporary traffic changes are coming up with the McKeown Avenue reconstruction project.
The city says McKeown will remain limited to one lane between McNamara and Cartier streets until Friday, July 4.
Officials also say Cartier Street will be reduced to one lane for the rest of this week, with access only permitted from McKeown Avenue.
Traffic coming from the residential area to the north will be detoured via McGibbon Street to McNamara Street.
The city also says starting on Monday, June 30, Cartier Street will be closed for approximately 7-8 working days to allow for sanitary sewer installation.
Signs will be set up to guide traffic and delays can be expected.
