Michel "Bouleau" Bertrand Duchesne

Peacefully passed away surrounded by the love of his family at his home on Friday August 14, 2026, at the age of 71 years.

Michel was the loving father to Bradley Duchesne (Brigitte), and Angele Lauzon (Nataniel). He was the cherished grandfather to Paige, Ninelle, Jalinne, Peyton, and Vitalle.

He will be lovingly remembered by his 16 siblings. Michel is predeceased by his parents Emile Duchesne and Alice (nee Allard) Duchesne.

Michel was best known for his love of ice fishing and his legendary fish fries with family and friends.

As per Michel’s wishes, cremation has occurred and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
