More outdoor skating options in North Bay
Another handful of outdoor rinks have opened in the city. Nine are now open including Police Playground, Massey Rink at West Ferris Lions Park, Graniteville Playground, and parts of the Lee Park skating trail.
Officials say the oval at Lee Park should be opening soon. At last check, five of the rinks are listed in excellent condition, with updates posted on the city’s website. The city maintains 11 outdoor skating locations every season.
