Ms. Health and Fitness contestant from North Bay
North Bay’s Ashley Lachance is looking to become Ms. Health and Fitness.
She’s competing for the cover of Muscle & Fitness HERS magazine.

“Fitness has been a part of my life for over 5 years now, it has helped shape me mentally and physically into the woman I always wanted to be,” she states on her contest profile page.
The winner also gets $20,000.
“Pay off school debts, and payments for future classes,” writes Lachance on what she would do with the money. “I am a 3rd year university student in health and biomedical programs, working my way towards a bachelor’s in biology.”
Round one of online voting is underway until 7 pm on Feb. 5, to determine the top 20. A second vote takes place after that.
