NBPS investigating snowmobile theft

The North Bay Police Service is investigating a snowmobile theft that occurred in the early morning hours on Monday (Feb. 2).

City Police say a orange Arctic Cat Riot with blue decals (3AT298) was taken from a hotel parking lot in the Seymour Street area just before 2:00 a.m.

The suspect is described as wearing a dark-coloured jacket, a white scarf and carrying a red backpack.

NBPS is asking anyone with information that may assist in identifying the suspect to contact the non-emergency line at 705-472-1234.

Investigators are also requesting that anyone with dash camera or CCTV footage from the area around the time of the incident review their recordings and contact police if relevant footage is identified.
