New Online Building and Planning Portal

The City of North Bay is pleased to announce the launch of its new online portal for building and planning applications, streamlining the process for residents, businesses, and developers.

The portal provides applicants with 24/7 access to submit, manage, and track the status of their applications in a convenient, efficient, and user-friendly way, making it easier than ever to navigate the building and planning process.

The City plans to transition fully to online applications in the near future. To support those who may not have computer access or would like in-person assistance, a kiosk is available in the Building Department on the second floor of City Hall. Staff are on hand to guide residents through the application process as needed.

“This portal is part of our commitment to improving and modernizing services for our community,” said Coun. Justine Mallah, Chair of Community Services. “This system gives users greater control over their applications, whether they’re managing them from home or with support at City Hall.”

• Centralized Management: Access and manage all your permits in one place, simplifying the organization of multiple projects.
